England vs Sri Lanka, 3rd Test, Day 2

Matt Prior, former England wicketkeeper, rang the five-minute to start bell on the second day of the third and final Test at Lord's.

Chris Woakes got to his maiden Test half-century and stitched a century stand with Jonny Bairstow for the seventh wicket.

Jonny Bairstow remained unbeaten on 156 to take England to 384 for 7 at lunch.

Sri Lanka wrapped up the England innings early in the second session but Bairstow's 167 help his team post 416.

In their reply, Sri Lanka got off to a solid start with Dimuth Karunaratne and Kaushal Silva scoring 108 runs for the first wicket.

Kaushal Silva remained unbeaten on 79 to help Sri Lanka end the day on 162 for 1.
